10. Use of Platform Tools

Access to labs, dashboards, and communication tools is provided for educational use. You may not interfere with platform operations or security.

11. Mentorship Engagement

Mentors provide guidance but do not guarantee career outcomes. Feedback is advisory; decisions remain your responsibility.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Irish law, with disputes resolved through good-faith negotiation followed by arbitration in Dublin, Ireland if necessary.
